Our Philosophy

Results Group International is a specialized full-service consulting firm with a strong track record of achieving dramatic results for our nonprofit clients. Founded by Claudia Chouinard, who has served the nonprofit sector as a consultant since 1982, the Group matches senior consultants and specialized project teams to the specific needs of each client.

We take our name quite seriously, and we specialize in feasibility and execution work that results in clear and measurable institutional growth or income achievement. Our colleagues tell us we are different in several important respects from our competitors.

• Our senior principal consultants, not twenty-something associates, are the individuals who will work with you at all stages of the work. Junior team members are employed behind the scenes, not on the front lines of our work.
• We focus on achievable real world solutions because we’ve been behind your desk for decades. We know how to make success happen using each organization’s available resources.
• We are specialists in the needs of nonprofits that are more mission-based and less endowed with assets than the typical university or hospital. It has been our experience that mission-based fundraising has some important differences from fundraising for more amply endowed institutions.
• We offer top-notch training for campaign leadership and solicitors, both paid staff and volunteers. We stress the value of training and motivation throughout our work.
• We view the preservation of relationships with annual donors as a primary, not a secondary, concern even in capital and endowment campaign work. We have seen and often repaired the near-fatal damage that can be wrought by ‘successful’ short-term campaigns on permanent income streams.
