As an anthropologist, he published award-wining papers and research summaries, served as a professor at Indiana University and Brooklyn College, and consulted on field methodology, grant writing and ethnographic films. His field research was conducted in Mali, West Africa and with the Arapahoe and Shoshone peoples at the Wind River Native American Reservation in Wyoming. Prior to joining Results Group, Mr. Brink served as an independent executive recruiter and as a human resources executive at Grey Advertising in New York City. Mr. Brink was raised in Nebraska, where his family lived for several generations on the Omaha Indian reservation. Today, he divides his time between New York City and Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where he restores vintage farm structures and pursues organic vegetable gardening.
